BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS

Steam pressure reducer pressure reducing desuperheater system is combined PRDS design for high pressure and temperature reduction conditions. Basically, its design pressure is <3.82 MPa, design temperature is < 485 DegreeC, steam flow range is from 10% to 100%.

Of the constructions, the Steam pressure reducer uses combined structure, the pressure reducing and desuperheating are carried out in a compact single unit, such structure is help to save the space and also cost of investment, easy for local layout..

HP Steam Pressure and Temperature Reducing Valve

WY943Y temperature and pressure reducing valve is designed for combined pressure and temperature reduction service, it can be used at 485 DegreeC temperature and the work pressure can reach 38.2 bar.

The valve body is designed with "Z" shape body, the structure enhances the flow capacity and give the streamline flow channel for coming steam, help the smooth pressure reduction.The multiple spray nozzle is built inside the valve body, desuperheating is carried out in a compact single unit.

The multihole cage guided trim of valve is capable of managing large pressure drops and reduces the negative effects of erosion, cavitation, and noise. The rangeability is approx. 50, the recovery factor approx. 0.95.

Multiple-Nozzle Design

HZVALVE has incorporated the latest technology in the multiple spray nozzle design. The high quality spring loaded nozzle was employed and assembled with desuperheaters to atomize the water droplets and produce the heat transfer contact area necessary for cooling the steam so that to bring steam and water to meld together with very high contacting efficiency.

Feed Water Control Valve

The feed water control valves' requirement for the desuperheater is critical. The pressure drop across the valve should be minimized, but still give a good control characteristic, sometimes, however, is used for low flows but with high pressure. According to different working conditions and construction investment, we give full types that covers multi-stage type, cage guide type and labyrinth type and more.
